It does carry the largest clip in a scout rifle but at the same time Another NITC does higher damage and The Calling carries firefly (usually and sometimes exploding rounds). Basically it's a medium damage scout rifle with some crappy perks. 3rd eye is handy for crucible but I don't ever use it for PvE. Post your opinions, kind of curious to see what you guys think.
