How do you "blink" jump more than once without touching the ground?

There's cool down after each blink

Blink works on a cooldown. Down blink wait a few seconds, if you're still in the air you can blink again.

You can blink three times while in the air as a hunter/warlock

When did this happen I can only do one on my hunter...shits broke

While he is swinging sword the blink is on a cooldown in which he stays in air long enough for a 3rd.
