Xur is the only way that non raiders can get exotics

Please don't rek Xur by chirping about the goodies he brings.
Because I don't raid, xur is Priddy much the only way that I can find exotics. (Other then bounties)
It takes a while to gather coins and motes to have the chance to buy something .
Mind you. .less now..with the matchmaking weekly.. wee!
But looking for strange coins and motes - is how I pass my time..and getting to cash it in at the end. .makes the whole thing worth it.
Like cashing in your tickets at Chucky cheese. .makes all those shit games worth your time.
If you are upset that you already have the item he has.. well..that's fine..
But don't take it out on Xur.
Not everyone has everything. ..

Xur, in my opinion, is meant to make the gap between doing higher level activities smaller for new comers by offering an easy exotic to get your light level up and a weapon to help you through the tougher challenges ( or make the game more challenging, I'm looking at you no land beyond) After that he is nothing but a mere novelty. If he was removed who would be hurt the most? 30 and below or 30 and higher?
