• For future reference, do not transfer items using the app while you are flying down to any planet. This usually results in a lost item. Many people have been experiencing this problem, so watch when you use the app to transfer items.

 •
do not transfer items using the app while you are flying down to any planet
So the app is designed to lose items in this way ?? If not then he has a valid point - how is it his fault bungie has buggy code ?

 • Bungie did not intend for this to happen. Unfortunately, they cannot replace anything that has been lost. I'm sure they will fix it in the near future, but until then, it would be best to play it safe. Either go to the tower or only transfer on a secure internet connection when not in a loading screen.

 •
Bungie did not intend for this to happen
Agree ... likewise some people have deleted items they "did not intend to" ... yes, accidents happen. And just as bungie ask us to forgive - why can they not show the same compassion for gamers ?
they cannot replace anything
Cannot ... or won't ... big difference. Other game developers seem to cope ... and bungie "can't" ?? And it comes back to the same point ... bungie lost the gear, they should replace it.

 • You can get the grimiore using a code, nice try but noobs like yourself don't belong in the gjallehorn club. Stop lying and try to get it legit..

 • It counts as your kill if someone is really close to you when he shoots his ghorn, and you might have accidentally deleted it and want to get it back. Anyway as they said they can't and will not give weapons back, they're just asking for investigation so errors like this won't happen in the future

 • Tells you what? I think you're just trying to get a reply from bungie.
