Does the Bloom Chest Ruin Chances?
We all know that chest in VoG. Are the myths true? I say nah

I was doing VoG with randoms and I opened the chest for the lols saying I need the spirit bloom and some random said "you do know that ruins your chances of exotics right?" I silently chuckled to myself

1 ReplyOne time I grabbed it and this guy on the fireteam starting raging so hard, I didn't care, I knew that it was just a myth. So I proceeded on my way to the exotic chest and to my delight a Last Word was waiting for me. Guy that was raging did not say a word for 5 minutes

1 ReplyI personally try alternating it on each of my characters I got Suros and hard light (different times) and my friend got multi tool from not opening the porn stash . Opening the chest on my other warlock and 1 of my team mates got the last word

I got Hardlight, plus two legendary armor along the way. He got exotic chest armor (forget which one). One of the criers got something, rest were shut out. Edit: apparently old age is making me misremember. I do know he got an exotic because I joked that getting carried must really be the best way to get an exotic and he replied that he got one also and he did most of the carrying.

If it ruins chances I should stop hitting it every run just to mess with people that say it does. That being said I have gotten 4 exotics from my last 4 runns 2 of which came from 1 run so I would say hit the bloom chest.

Swap between Gjallarhorn and shield. Got Truth. Mythoclast. Some Titan exotic shit. Kid who kicked me was a Titan. Dismantled it all in-game so he saw. lel

Idk, last time we didnt, and 5 of the 6 people got an exotic from the chest. It was crazy. And the kid who didnt get and exotic was annoying and loud so he deserved it lol.
