I wouldn't say that I like it, just that it lacks any semblance of balance whatsoever.

well that cant really be proven because i didnt attach many numbers to all this stuff. for all you know, the damage output and reduction of the abilities is balanced. The point of a concept is to get people thinking, constructive criticism is better when explained. What would you change?
