This is awesome. Good on ya sir! I had a similar experience last night. We were doing our usual Wednesday Night Hard VoG clear, but some of our regulars had other business to attend to so we brought in a 27 and a 28. I was level 30 by choice because I like to wear mostly vault gear and 1 exotic in the Vault (Radiant Dance Machines for the shits and giggles) and 3 level 32's. We knew the confluxes were going to be murder with us essentially 4 manning it. When we finally got past that point I can honestly say that was the most fun I have had on Destiny to date. It was so chaotic and epic I wish we were streaming or something haha. One of the guys (I think the 28) pulled a Fatebringer and a Praedyth's Revenge and was all "is this good?" we just chuckled and informed him of his epic prizes. Gatekeepers took a couple attempts, Atheon took a few as well as some of us were under the impression that the lower levels knew more than they did (our mistake for assuming, not theirs). We finally drop Atheon with I think 3 guardians left standing and a good time was had by all! Same level 28 player pulls The Last Word off Atheon, once again has no idea what he has stumbled upon. It was refreshing to hear stuff like that and a truly fun and rewarding experience.
