What Gamemodes do YOU want in Destiny?

First I would to be clear and say that I do not work at Bungie so don't be thinking that I am here to add something to the game, I am a regular player just like you guys. So what kind of game mode do you want added to destiny? It can be a crucible game mode or a PVE activity such as a new patrol mission etc. Please be as descriptive as you like and for the love of god DON'T act like CHILDREN and completely trash someone's idea.

  • [b][u]MUNITIONS MASTER[/u][/b] Destiny twist on "Gun Game" from Bo2: FFA game type. Spawn with RNG guns and progress through the rarity levels with two guns of each rarity level. Gun options chosen by RNG and are not accessible during game. All players use identical guns at each progression level. Final weapon is RNG super. So: 2 RNG white guns 2 RNG green guns 2 RNG blue guns 2 RNG purple guns 2 RNG exotic guns 1 RNG super All subclass melee abilities for all classes replaced with hunter throwing knife. Subclass cannot be changed mid-game (choose wisely). Gun kills moves you to the next gun. Being killed with the hunter throwing knife resets progression to the beginning. Killing a player with a normal melee reverts your progression back one level to the previous gun. No super energy for kills. Once you get a kill with the final exotic gun your super instantly fills. Large, easily recognizable, icon of RNG super is displayed informing player of super to be used. A 10 second count down begins. Count down is prominently displayed in a corner of the screen on top of a large icon depicting the subclass of the super chosen for all players by RNG (defender bubble not in RNG pool). Killing an enemy with your super within the 10 second time limit wins the game. If you do not kill an enemy with your super by the end of the countdown you wipe and progression reverts to the first purple gun.

      • The crucible game type i thought inferno should have been.. Completely drawn back with no heavy ammo drop, less special ammo drops, no abilities ([b]none at all[/b]) and either no overshields or overshields to a lesser degree, [b]removing the aim assist[/b], making all guardians equal regardless of class, relying solely on their gun game.[spoiler]i long for such a gametype[/spoiler]

        • Survival mode. A fireteam sized group goes in and fights endless waves of enemies. The higher the wave, the better the loot is.

        • Ctf 1 flag or 2 More big maps Even bigger big maps Assault (halo gametype) 1 bomb or 2 (not neutral bomb) 16 v 16 big battle or 32 v 32 clash or objective This would be on patrol maps Enemy levels on maps depend on settings Also bosses from strikes, raids and story missions will appear with respective armies your team gets bonus points if you kill them Public events would feature bosses to spawn or mini bosses, Gametype above but a rush gametype There are 4-5 control points throughout the map, one team defends these points and the other team tries to cap them. Once assault team caps a point defense team permanently loses that point. Assault team wins by capping all points defense team wins by defending at least 1 point Random events would happen which can include bosses to spawn Vip or guardian One team member becomes leader, leader must be alive for rest of teammates to spawn. Once leader dies your teamates no longer spawn till next round One life clash or objective Certain amount of rounds, 1 life per round. You go in and kill the other team or complete the objective. Only get 1 life These ideas are more of a pve thing Darkness cloned guardians A boss that is a cloned guardian (could be from your fireteam or from the database of guardians) This boss is essentially a clone of a guardian and their weapons/gear/skilltree loadout It will fight and use our abilities like we do, grenades supers and all The AI will be on beast mode, so this will be a tough but fun fight Maybe even 3 dark guardians or 6 of them will attack at once depending on how you want to play it Special emergency missions (Name subject to change) These are timed missions that appear daily but only a few times a day These missions are new missions, not story mode missions, that require 12 guardians, Matchmaking can be made for this These event missions will only be able to be selected for a limited time. They would have different set times to come up in destination menu and are only availible for about 30mins to an hour, then you can no longer join or start a new event mission A notice will appear to all guardians online, telling them that something has popped up depending on the mission, It can be a variety of objectives that your team will have to complete. These will obviously be very hard and will give gear with awesome stats (similar to iron banner) Ill give an example The vex are causing environmental changes to this area, please investigate There will be literally an army of vex including alot of majors and cloned story bosses maybe a clone strike boss (Cloned boss: same structure of a boss but a reskin-different name) Up to 12 guardians will have to infiltrate this vex base and stop whats causing the disturbance This should be difficult since 12 of you space ninjas can get in on this. This should have raid elements in it. It would be in same difficulty tier as the raid, if not higher There will be hidden chests and such, that spawn in random places, This is just one scenario. There should be like 10 different kinds of these, with randomized sets of majors/ultras instead of the same set each time These can be more elaborate. Use your imagination to come up with awesome scenarios for these missions ;3

            *Capture the flag "*A survival mode 3 v AI waves of enemies and keep going up *A hard core mode with no regenerate or slow regenerate and no ammo drops at all and no specials only when you have let's say 10 kill streak *Some pvp with the enemies you fight guardians and maybe you face in some enemies from the game too

            I want something like ME3's multiplayer. A good horde/survival mode. You can pick a difficulty level, which enemy you want to fight, and the map. Lasts a certain amount of waves, and throw in a couple of objective waves. Even throw in a mode where you fight all three enemy groups at the same time (ME3 veterans will remember platinum mode). Fire teams range from 3 to 6 depending on what difficulty level you are on. Then throw in a chance at rewards at the end, better chances for good stuff with higher difficulty completions.
