Do not use the new phone app! Weapons WILL disappear!
Just some advise, do not use the phone app to move around weapons. I know some people who have already lost weapons because of this, and of course Bungie does not reply to any questions asked or problems raised.
Maybe you encountered it yourself already, lots of time out error messages when moving around stuff. Please be careful guardians. Same as the terrible laggy Destiny servers when you get kicked out of the game for no particular reason. The new phone app is the same quality.

I use the iPhone app and it works scarily well, shows up instantly on the TV when you move it & works anywhere. Everybody I play with has similarly had no issues. What does happen sometimes is the app will -blam!- up and you have to leave the app and then kill it in the background and then relaunch the app but no weapons go missing or get deleted, they don't offer you the option to delete anything in app.
