I'll never forget when I first saw Randall the Vandal in the wild. Went up to him. Shot him.
Eventually ran out of ammo and he only lost 1/4 of his health. I was sooooooo mad... I spent the next five minutes meleeing him. Went and killed other enemies. Went back and shot him again... rinse and repeat.
37 minutes it took me when I was 1 level underneath him to finally kill him. Swore I'd never go back and do it ever again.
Did it with Gjalla 1.0 from VoG and never regretted running into him after that.

That's cause he's been patched. It was before the dlc dropped. He was in the notes. If you killed that vandal 5 times he'd show up typically.
