Ok man, keep using it. Dont come here complaining when you are missing something. It's just a matter of time. True, for me so far so good as well. Be careful, if you get kicked from the game with the famous destiny error messages while you are moving stuff from the vault... just pray it wont disappear. Someone I know lost an item right after doing the Vex lord mission on Venus. Just when countdown was finished when the mission ended, and during that loading screen right after where you see the mission results he was using the phone app to move something to his vault. He got (probably) killed during that results screen, there were still enemies there shooting at him, the screen was displaying that red all around, but obviously couldn't anything. End result? Red death gun missing he was moving to his vault.
