Used it everyday, not once encountered this issue. Maybe it has to do with your connection? is your app on wifi or mobile network when you use it?

if it was the connection the swap wouldn't go through some how the items are being deleted no clue why considering the length of time it takes to actually delete an exotic

Hes saying the items just go missing, which might have fault if his mobile connection is timing out vs the game server recieving the data. Never know with technology these days lol
