Yes I just got an Xbox one and was installing the game. Error: wasp keeps appearing during the 76.xx mb update. I've tried all workarounds and still haven't been able to play Destiny on Xbox one.

Thanks for the information. And to confirm: are you installing with a wired connection? Our latest patch is large and will be best installed with a wired connection--you can resume wifi after patching
