Is Song Of Ir Yut even worth it?
I am only missing two Crotas end weapons the necrocrap which I don't care about and Song Of Ir Yut. I have everything else. You can only get Song of Ir Yut in normal mode correct? But is it worth me doing Normal mode over and over every week?

i do normal every week in hopes of HUNGER. only gun i need from the raid. and id do the same for SONG. all those guns are worth it. except the exotic, the hardest one to get. irony lol

NO. Not really. I mean, its nice and all, but it's only reasonable perk is to fire through hive shield walls!

it's a good gun, underrated imo. takes crota shields down fast in normal if u don't have a tracking rl

It's a "diet thunderlord". Great when you need arc damage, but doesn't take up an exotic slot.

1 ReplyNormal is very quick and easy. I would say run it once a week just for materials and fun.

imo its one of the best in the game but there are others that outshine it a little in both pve and pvp. Thunderlord for example or if you dont feel like taking up an exotic slot then against all odds or deviant gravity -A are good. Overall i actually like it. I had to get kills with a fusion rifle in the nightfalls so i went with fatebringer plan c and song of ir yut and it absolutely tore them up

its not worth griding for it but if you do get it keep it because its a good weapon. i love it because of it ammo it can hold at once and stability.

This thing jumps around to much for mid to long range battles while ADS but when hip firing I can accurately get head shot kills from mid to long range- it's like there is no recoil when hip firing! Also, it's great for PvP because of this as well as omnigul weeklies because of the knight wall penetration and arc (because omnigul is every other freaking week!)

I fully upgraded mine... But I wish I'd saved the energy to upgrade the primaries. Oh well.

I have it, it's not that great. If you gotta use an arc machine gun it's Thunderlord all the way.

It's good for arc nightfalls otherwise it's meh if you were missing black hammer is say run normal but just for song it depends if you like collecting or not.

Just do the Crota cp on normal and the rest on hard. Also, I have that gun and it only sees action on arc burn hive nightfalls. It kicks like a mule and is a bullet hose. Great for knights. I can think of 5 hmg's that are better without a second thought.

I have it and even fully upgraded it. Didn't see much use but that's me. I'm just never usually on the moon/facing Hive that have the shields of darkness

Iv never seen anything other than primary weapons drop in crota hard. Song is epic in my opinion. And the necro....don't get me started... Other than the fact it has a higher attack rating its not nothing.
