So I'm a dad as of today!!
Just had my first little boy!! My wife is exhausted I'm getting coffee!!! Awesome day I must say. I just had to share with my fellow guardians. A future gamer in the making. 8lbs 9oz he's gonna be a big boy. Greatest day of my life!!

5 RepliesIt only gets better. The first year is very difficult with the sleepless nights and all. Normally if they're crying they need to burp or they're dirty or they're hungry. My son is 5 now and I've loved every second of it. Like any relationship it requires time and putting the other person before yourself. And have her breast-feed if you want him to be healthy. My wife breast-fed my son and he was strong as an ox all of our friends used that formula and I swear they were all sickly had tons of ear infections and every other problem! My opinion only.

Congrats, I recently had the pleasure to welcome into the world two beautiful baby boys and can say it was the single greatest day of my life. They are eight weeks old now and I must say getting Crota done with randoms every week with limited time to get three lvl 32's and all raid weapons was not an easy task.

Nonetheless, not why I made this topic, good to see I'm not the only dad that plays. I've been doing raids with people and hear them over party chat talking to their kids. And they apologize and I'm just like "hey it's fine no need to apologize. I have a 4 year old and one on the way." (My wife had one before we met). Again, and something I'd like to add in its own appropriate topic. Is treat the younger players with a little kindness, you may be their only friend, they may have issues at home, they are kids ffs just be a decent human to them. Unlike that kermitTHEfrog douchebag and what he did to an 11 year old then gives bungie a sob story on what happened with the share play incident. I don't believe kermits excuse of how it was some random kid that just happened to be in his house and decided to delete cuckoo's chars. He was trolling this kid from the start and had every intention to do this as he has done it before. Anyways, I digress from my thank you to the community for the good words. Thank you all much appreciated!! My little guy Lucas is doing great. I'll train him well. And I'll probably have him sick of me saying "Luke I am your father" by the time he's in preschool. Lol. Well fellow guardians this dad needs some sleep it's been a long freaking day. G'night.
