I don't think those people know what they're talking about. First, it has one of the coolest sounds from a sniper. Second, the invis is pretty nice to pop it and sneak around the corner to pick off that sniper trying to pick you off. The only reason people say it sucks is because it doesn't regen ammo like IB or BH. Still makes it a great gun even without that. If it had ammo regen, it would be too OP.
