Idk. It's my favorite sniper and it has nothing to do with invisibility. You can upgrade it to a 6 round clip and perfect stability. It wrecks in pvp. I guess people hate it in pve because it doesn't have some ammo regen mechanic.

Pairing Ice Breaker (ammo regen) and P&T (Field scout perk PLUS 3rd eye and high stability) is a great combo. Letting Ice Breaker regen to it's full 6 rounds and switching over to P&T will give you 12 rounds - comes in handy for Arc shielded enemies or when there is an Arc burn. I love how I can get six shots off fairly quick without worrying about the recoil and reacquiring my aim (***cough*** IB ***cough*** )
