How do the Raid loot drops work?
If I do the raid on hard, do I have the same chance of getting stuff that drops on normal? Should I do the raid on normal and then hard to get the stuff I can only get on hard mode?

You should always do the raid on normal first. The only way to get heavy or secondary weapons is on normal. That goes for crotas end anyways. Your going to get materials for doing both. However if you run hard first you only have a shot at primary weapons.
