Basically you got it all right. It like there is a "top 10%" with the Ghorn, then all the peasants that don't have it. Though i don't like to complain because when they "fix" or "rebalance" anything, they end up taking their hand off one leek, and covering another leek in the boat that if destiny.

I'd say to 10% sounds about right. I'm 1 of 2 in my clan with it and for some reason, RNG thinks I need 2 of them. And 2 Thunderlords. And multiple Icebreakers....
