Is the "Picard Facepalm ASCII" bannable? (Solved - Answer: Yes)
Hi.
Wondering if a ninja could answer this for me?
Is the Picard facepalm image in ASCII bannable on the Bungie forums? I've never used it and don't plan to, but I reckon it should be bannable.

How sad. I see hundreds of threads that ( according to the "B.net" definitions ) break the rules, yet nothing ever happens to them. I think the mods are getting lazy.
