Got 4 bounty's ready to just press the complete button for the new dmg with HOW

I had to log on just break the bad news to you.. You won't be getting the upgraded damage that will probably come with HoW, because you've already accepted the bounty before HoW is released. It's already registered that your rewards will yield a max of 331 damage.. Theres no reason to hold onto those bounties as they are just taking up space. Sorry again! If you had received those bounties AFTER HoW releases, you would then be getting the upgraded damage weapons.

It worked before with crota's end. I turned in the bounty's after patch and for the 331 dmg. Did they change it?

Not true. I was in the midst of completing the thorn bounty when TDB was releases. Ended up with a 331 dmg thorn.
