Xur has Ice Breaker/Helm of Saint, Gjall taken out permanently
This leaked information was confirmed with Megamanx's data mining prediction streak being correct (including the nightfall).
Xur releases are a preset list, not random.

Gjallahorn will never be sold again so far because it was taken out of Xur's rotation, but Bungie can add it in manually as they can manipulate what Xur sells.

The same thing happend to VOG where ice breaker was important for killing atheon and orcals from top. Guess what they sold that sniper after VOG become useless in term of armors and guns now. So the new raid will determine which gun is more valuable and will not be sold in that dlc period. Its very simple the Gjallhorm is not OP its just OP now because everyone wants it for CH. Thunderlord might be the next OP gun in the new raid who knows. Overall Bungie sucks for giving us hard time.
