By vanguard do you mean PvE? If so I sorta see what your saying but if you have somebody who knows how to work the hunter really well, has good armor, and leveled up subclasses they can change everything. In the right hands of course

Yea PvE but the armor doesn't even make a difference I have 3 32s a warlock hunter and titan and the hunters armor makes no difference at all it gets taken down so quickly plus on the first part of crotas end I did a comparison and a warlock with full armor is faster than a hunter w full agility I was the warlock my friend was the the hunter and I did circles around the thralls and they kept hitting him when he tried the same

I guess it boils down to preference and what your trying to do. The hunters and warlocks are tied IMO for most useful in a nightfall. BladeDancer and Crest of Alpha Lupi combined make for some easy revives In the scary situations. And the warlock who can self res when you think it's al over. Idk the hunter just fits me

Well the invisibility makes it like a medic but the titans helpful cause he can just pop a bubble and take a ton of hits like the warlock

Yea for sure man but I just think hunters should be buffed physically in pve

I agree completely, maybe the 3rd subclasses will change that?
