I've seen a few "Give it a few years" that's the problem.
Sure we wait a few years, who knows how many games have been dropped. How many of them were really worth the buy. I can't name one game I've been excited to see release soon or in the past besides Terraria on the Xbox. Which was almost what 2 years ago?
Thing is, games aren't going to get better. Kids are growing up into games where things are basically handed to you, there is no real incentive for beating a level or completing the game. You have games where you get everything really quick or you beat the game super fast. That's the problem.
It's the generation being introduced into gaming. Games should be hard and complex and have you thinking how to get past this part, have a real incentive for beating the game or a level.
