All the Exotic weapons where effected by the patch. Suros is now useless against other weapon types. Same with Hardlight. The Vex's range and accuracy are horrible. Were the exotics not supposed to be effected?

Hardlight isn't noticeable I feel like I have maybe half a second of ttk added.
