Guardians are the ones that live there, guardians are players, therefore you'll likely only see other players there mostly.

This got me thinking how cool would it be to play a civilian under attack and having Guardian's come save you !!!!! would you do it ? Log in pick civi and go do some research mission's on w/e planet have your own set of bounty's to complete getting story line a lil' RP. We're UNDER FIRE REQUESTING ANY GUARDIAN"S IN THE AREA !!!!! Guardian's in turn would get loot xp and a fun bounty we all could partake in?
