Maybe Activision doesnt give a shit. Dont forget Activision technically has a say in whatever Bungie does with the game. And we all know that most likely Activision is the cause of everything PvP oriented in the game (Since their MO is PvP from Call of Duty). I have a feeling its gonna get a buff, but not any time soon.

Yeah I'm sure it will but these threads don't make any difference, whether it gets a million bumps or not it won't make them change it any faster

Yup, and even if they said they were going to buff it today it wouldn't come out for another 2 months, just like the ninja nerf to the vex probably won't be fixed for another 2 months even though it was their mistake. It makes me think they only have like 2 programmers working on this game. It does not take months to fix the things they've fixed, it should take a day or 2 for the code and a week tops to test (which they clearly don't test I.e. vex -blam!- up) it just seems unacceptable to me

I think about this alot and sometimes i worry that Bungie isnt making enough money or something. There is NO WAY they would purposefully be this slow unless it were for something serious. I have a feeling this game is too big for them to handle and they were not prepared to handle an MMO. For this, i have always considered what would happen to the game if bungie would add more features to pay to play. not a monthly subscription but for example, they could say "Hey, tired of only being able to make 3 guardians? give us $5 and you can make one more!" or other things like cosmetic purchases in game that dont affect gameplay per say. Lots of different ways to drum up revinue and maybe help them hire some new programmers. However in the rare chance that they REALLY ARE just being slow on purpose, then shame on them. But i dont think bungie would let their legacy fall because of money. They have quite the reputation to uphold and have in the past always focused on quality and "The Bungie way" instead of trying to get money from people. I guess a good example is how Bungie initially refused to make Halo 4, and because of this Microsoft took it from them. Im not sure how much of this is true or whatever but its cool to talk about.

I don't think they lack money, considering Activision is backing them and with all the presales of the DLCs money can not be an excuse in my opinion. I don't think that Bungie is in control of any decisions in the game only used to develop. Activision is only using Bungie for their name. I don't feel the old Bungie would have let any of this fly and would have made these fixes a top priority and them out in a reasonable time.
