Yeah, Strangers Rifle outgun a -blam!-ing Exotic Suros that people get after months of grinding, but Strangers Rifle can get any -blam!-ing scrub on day 1.
The stupidity and the design path of this Patch is a good waypoint of the future of this game.

Exotics are random I got Suros the second week the game was out. I do think they nerfed autos too much, but pulse should be where they are now.
