That's how i feel about it, if anything it's the nostalgia factor that gets you. In my my if you never once attempted a Kamehameha as a kid you had no childhood.
Also it doesn't help that it was my first anime

I hear you on that. My first "proper" (not including transformers) anime was "Ninja Scroll" and I still think its a top 10 anime. haha, I remember my older sister handing me this VHS copy of it (written in pen with other movie names scratched out) and saying I should watch this show because its a cartoon, but its a crazy weird japanese cartoon! With "like" blood and sex and stuff. lol.
