Excellent answer. I have always been a massive Evangelion fan and basically had my heart and soul crushed when a proper ending didnt happen, haha. Im actually really bitter I never bought the VHS set, since I see it selling for A LOT of money on Amazon. Anyways, besides the point. I was going to say that even though I loe the original series, I actually think the new series is superior. They probably should (if they could) have split the first movie 1.1 into two movies and added in the details missing from the original series; but I suppose that just gives incentive to watch the original series. I cant wait for the final instalment.
