Further comment: My gamertag is "Irysh Redd" and if you search it on the app or website you can view my profile and see that I have a level 20 Hunter, a level 2 Titan, and a level 2 Warlock. But for some reason when I sign in with the appropriate email it doesn't connect. Is this what you are taking about in regards to Microsoft not reporting the gamertags properly?
