I can't load my character!
My phone keeps saying I need to make a character when I already have two. I've linked and unlinked multiple times I'm about to throw my phone!

Check if your wifi network is fine, if you have bad signal, or if someone uses a lot wifi (via streaming, etc.). If the third case, ask if you can disconnect or play another day etc.
