Unable to load Destiny account
on the bungie.net website when I try to go to profile it says unable to load Destiny account. Also companion app says I have not played Destiny and have no character info

I've had the same problem for a while and I did follow all the steps. INCLUDING contacting xbox support. There's nothing they could do. What can you do bungie? do you need my gamertag so YOU can try something???
