We've seen you balance PvP and PvE separately (i.e. 100% shotgun PvE damage boost). What is the rationale behind balancing gear for PvP over PvE? Meaning, some updates negatively affect PvE in favor of PvP balance (i.e. Mythoclast). Why not make PvE the main focus?

I'd love to hear this. Also explain any pluses and minuses to unifying these different models. I just don't see how we can ever have the wide open free-ranging universe we were sold w/o it.
