You do know that it's 2.5% base damage right? That's before any modifiers.. So the "proof" isn't quite right

Yes realize this, however if Bungie had told us that Suros would be nerfed 14%, Hardlight 6-9% and Monte Carlo 6.3% do you think we would have just taken it? I don't. I think it would've been an uproar.
