Dragonborn vs Chosen Undead
Chosen Undead would be the one from Dark Souls 1. As I think that he/she was the better one.
They both have and can use anything. Wouldn't be fun if they couldn't, right?

If he's a Nord he wins.

If it was a simple fist fight the Chosen Undead wins every time. The Chosen undead will still win in a fight to the death will melee weapons. With magic vs magic the Dragonborn still loses. Sunlight spear anyone? Dragonborn with shouts will win no matter what. Shouts are a simple copout and the easiest way to win the fight.
