Because little babies who got lucky drops think xur shouldn't sell it because that isn't earned. Most people think that having a gally will ruin the game by making it easier. Everyone one said if he sold icebreaker it would get nerfed and he would never sell it.
I ran nexus strike with everyone using a vex and a black hammer and i will tell you gally isn't the fastest way to take down a boss.

If everyone had gjally it would be faster, yes

Absolutely not there are many just as easy ways using high impact snipers such as black hammer. Also, hunger of crota can work almost as good as gally and it isn't exotic. Exotic heavys are almost always not worth it

No not at the Nexus. The tank at Valus also goes down faster when 3 use BH than by using Gjalla. Ominigul eg is a different story. 3 Gjalla Solar burn and she is down in seconds.

Ya but you didn't see that 2 weeks in a row there wasn't a burn. Plus void damage corrective measure and truth destroy

Didn't see you said nexus, any boss without a shield (valus, Omnigul, archon priest etc) should be faster with 3 full gjallys
