Alright Bungie, this is getting ridiculous.
You don't care about PVE. The shotgun idea was fine, whatever, no one asked for it anyways.
Your PVE base is dying, quickly, as you continue catering to PVP. My Suros Regime used to be my favourite PVE weapon (nightfalls, dailies), granted IB and Gjallarhorn better for raids.
However, Auto Rifles are now useless. Suros is pointless to use, needs an impact or RoF buff, Hardlight hits like a pillow even more so now. Monte Carlo seems to be the exception and still hits decently hard. (Note Monte Carlo isn't held by many).
This leads me to another key issue: AUTO RIFLES WILL ALWAYS BE MOST USED.
Why? They are what people are familiar with. COD, Battlefield, really any FPS Auto's are the most popular, you don't see them Nerf them to hell. Yet here we are where "Exotic" Autos may as well be blues.
Next issue, Pulse rifle buff. Great idea overall, yet I bet you're not seeing much of a spike in use in PVE. They suck let's be honest here Bungie. They have application in PVP, lacking very much in PVE. Scout's will become the most popular. Then what? Nerf them to hell. Then we switch again. It's like a damn hamster wheel.
You've destroyed enjoyable Auto's, made certain Pulse Rifles (Red Death) OP in crucibe, and left a lot of PVE players wondering what the hell you are doing.
Bring back Queen's Wrath. Consider the affects of nerfing (the goddamn weapons of crybabies) on the PVE players. We're here too.
Bungie doesn't care, you've made your money, stop lying to yourselves/us. You can fool each other, but not your fan base.

Simple. Keep them SEPARATE. Suros was abused in pvp also and loved my Suros. Now I have two gathering dust. It's stupid how there is no distinction between the two pve and pvp.

111 is to Bungie what 666 is to numerology.

6 RepliesIt's just a 2.5 damage nerf. It's not even noticeable in the least in my opinion. And also Bungie doesn't care/listen? Bullshit cause this recent update has catered to many needs and issues. Fixed the heavy ammo bug which everyone's been asking for. They added a faction thing to your menu which was suggested, and many buffs to weapons that needed it. But just they tuned down auto rifles by an unnoticeable amount you continue to bash and scream and call them terrible. This isn't a 1.1.1 patch review this is just you whining. I honestly say its one of the best patches they realized. Pulse rifles kick ass now along with shotguns, heavy ammo is plentiful now, now we don't need to leave what we are doing to check our factions cause its in our menu. It's great.

1 ReplyYup. I make this exact point in my video. They are continuing to cater to pvp players and they aren't the portion of the fan base that will stay loyal for years to come. And people applauding them for adding factions to the menu and fixing the heavy ammo bug is like congratulating your child for cleaning their room after 5 months of nagging. "I take care of my kids." "WHAT DO YOU WANT A COOKIE?!"

I'd much rather use a M4 or M16 in battle field. To actually aim on someone without the recoil is great. For the pulse rifles. It's the same concept. I see people trying to just spray my team and I down and miss horribly. In any game really.

1 ReplyI agree. Auto rifles will be on top unless they make them unusable they did this in some of the halos and now they have the battle rifle in destiny... it might be there.
