Use your Murmur and set it to Arc. His life isn't to huge, it's those damn shields. Use arc weapons to take the shields out quickly. "Song of Ir Yut", as well as "Oversoul Edict" will do extremely well also. If you have to reload, hit him with a grenade to stop his shields from triggering a recharge.
