Yes I agree that you must reach the highest level and agree with making raids available at higher levels though no burns to raids it would in the end make it too easy also melee damage increase in Crota's end makes the whole thing ridiculous (I wouldn't mind trying) the only one they should put in is shield toughness and juggler crota has a non elemental shield It would not change much about him but praetorians would be even harder to kill

Hey thanks man I think that modifiers would have to be raid specific. I agree burns might make it to easy and light switch might not be good for Crota. I think maybe like epic or putting some custom raid modifiers would be cool. I also think the endgame would be great with this addition once you max out to level 34.
