First thing i would recommend would be to pick up either a void fusion rifle or shotgun, that would make it a lot easier on those smaller maps. I would stick to control as opposed to any other game mode - people are far more predictable on that game mode and you will know where the enemy team is most of the time. stay near your team - being outnumbered is going to get you killed and make the bounty take longer. And last, don't give up, you will have some bad games but you will get there eventually.
