The Pulse Rifle was a gun everyone liked, but it definitely needed a little more love... I'm happy to say that 1.1.1 has brought that love... Let the Year of the Pulse Rifle commence! Better question, why did they make all other guns shit, instead of just giving PR a bigger buff than what they got?
