Ranked PVP: Appropriate for Destiny?
I would like to know the developer's take on ranks in Crucible. Perhaps inferno could evolve to be the ranked playlist? Is this even a topic of discussion? Why or why not?

7 RepliesWe didn't do ranks in the Crucible right out of the gate for a number of reasons, but they could make an appearance someday. Inferno playlists will add some cool variety, but I don't think they are "the way" to play Destiny.

Kinda pointless with the huge lag issues atm...once those are fixed it would be fun

Ranked and unranked play. Just give us a numerical rating like in chess. It would be neat to see grandmasters walking around ;). It would be fun to try and maintain and raise your rating. We just want little things to occupy our bored minds, no?

Remember the good old days where you REALLY knew where you stood among your friends in PVP?? Remember when you USED to be REALLY good at PVP because you weren't distracted by bounties and a million objectives?? I miss those days...
