How rare is the Word of Crota?
Ok so I have done hard raid about 3 or 4 times and I have 3 Words of Crota. I would like to get something like the scout or pulse rifle, but none so far. I just wanted to know if other people have had the same issue as me.
Nice guys! 200+ replies! We got this post trending for a while. It looks like either people get way to many Word of Crota's or they don't really get them at all which is kind of unbalanced. Keep the experiences coming :)

If you beat Crota on hard you either get the fang of ir yut, the word of crota, or nothing That's as far as legendary weapons goes There's always a chance for random exotics, including the crux of crota

I think on my 7th run I got Word of Crota. After 5 damn Fang of Ir Yuts and 2 Crux's. Now I have all of the Crota weapons :)

Have had three words. Deleted two. Have had three fangs deleted two. Four abyss defiant deleted three. Four asylum alley or whatever the pulse is deleted three. Two hoc deleted one. Still want black hammer and shottie.

Done hard on all 3 and got them first time. So I'd say as raids go' they live up to your statement. Rare' as easy as getting blues.
