The Defender Titan magnetic gernades are a good sticky nade to have that usually lead to solid kills. Getting a void primary would be a good suggestion. Also you could buy a void damage weapon from the Gunsmith. Since PVP has a certain amount of balancing the fact that you may use a blue secondary over heavy matters little. In fact some of the higher used PVP weapons were blues a while ago shown on one the weekly updates.
