Got my first FWC shader at level 23 and Dead Orbit at 17. Yeah, it sucks that they are RNG but when you do get them it's so worth it and also this actually does keep them rare in Destiny as it makes them unusually hard to get even worse than armor and weapons.

Ya as much as I bitch about it I'm still happy when i get one, just the grind sucks lol
