For bee there is no solution. It is caused by disconnects between your router and Bungie's servers. It can also be caused by certain WIFI setups or faulty in-home wiring, as well as other devices such as your phone or tablet being on the WIFI the same time you are trying to play Destiny.
This is very very likely to happen on a college campus.

Well I love ay home and I was doing black spindle queat.and just as we.has near it it has ejected me from the wolrd without my.black spindle reward same.with my friend and I for 20 Erie code bee and it ducked because we has just.killed all the adds and we were.gonna get.out spindle and we.lose it in so pissed at bungie please.give me and my.friends out black spindles we.did this like 8 times and all those.times it never have that Erie code only when I had acually finished it in so pieces at.bungie thanks bungie for making is lose out time and black spondle
