I noticed though, the one Xur has is a different perk roll than the one I have.

Yeah, it does have a perfect roll. Scrapped my old one for it.

Sorry, I should have said perks. I was talking about the Discipline. Mine has a slightly higher max discipline than the one Xur is selling.

Is there any specific stat for each stat?
