HoPF and Universal Remote? XÛR
Let's face it. Heart of Praxic Fire is probably the MOST aimed for exotic armor piece for warlocks. There's gonna be people saying they earned theirs and whatnot, but the forums are about to fall to warlocks flipping their shit over Xûr selling it.
