I always deleted the bounties since I first competed them. I now have all three bounties I've gotten dispersed between my 3 characters and not even 1 exotic bounty has dropped since then.

Huh. Well that's what worked for me. Or maybe it was being random and screwing me the whole time. Idk. But you're more likely to get an exotic bounty of you turn in a bunch at once
